A DAY IN THE LIFE

A Barista is responsible to ensure that our customers have the best experience possible!

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages, as well as various food offerings, in accordance with established service standards (i.e. coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, teas, pastries)
• Performs shift opening and closing duties as assigned
• Clean, sanitize and maintain the store
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
• Stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
• Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
• Stay up-to-date with personalized online training
• Communicate with Baristas, Store Manager and Shift Leads
• Additional duties as assigned

The Washington, Indiana store is targeted to open in late October or early November 2025. Paid training will occur prior to store opening.

Workdays are Monday-Sunday and Holidays. We are closed Christmas Day and close early on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve.
