You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly, and responsible! Responsibilities Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare products Understand and promote products and memberships Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs Help with promotion at supplementary events and perform, when asked, services during those promotional events to help market the salon and build the brand. Maintain clean and sterile work environment Must be available Saturdays and Sundays. Responsible for proper sanitation of implements according to Lash Lounge protocol and Licensing Required Skills Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license 1+ years as a Lash Stylist preferred 1+ years with hand‑made volume fans, preferred Strong verbal communication and listening skills Forms strong working relationships within team Customer service focused; loves on your clients Reliable transportation Strong work ethic Initiates self‑learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered Why Join Our Team (Benefits) Continued investment in your training A built‑in book of leads 50% off retail products and free services Opportunities for career growth and advancement Position Pay Position Pay $15-$18 per hour plus (Depending on experience) plus retail and membership commission.
