Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer develops, creates, and implements training curriculums and development of training materials Develops training materials utilizing a variety of resources Evaluates and maintains training materials Meets with subject matter experts in creation of training Updates training programs to ensure that they are current Oversees the creation of content for online learning modules and educational materials for employees Maintains an understanding of training trends, developments and best practices Conducts field visits to observe best practices and gather content Meets with manager to determine resources for training Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications 3+ years of Lincare operational experience in a respiratory center Experience a plus in creating training materials and content Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning etc.) Excellent communication skills Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively Strong writing and record keeping ability Strong computer and database skills Ability to travel 30%-50% is required Relocation is not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
