Customer Success Representative

Mystic Stamp Company, America's Leading Stamp Dealer, has two openings for call-center Customer 
Success Representatives in our busy Customer Support Center Department. Our Customer Success Reps are responsible for providing exceptional customer support by handling routine customer inquiries, processing account requests, and resolving customer issues accurately and effectively. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers while delivering a positive experience and image of Mystic Stamp Company. Our CSRs identify customer needs and promote products, services, and value-added solutions. In addition, our reps must be able to consistently meet established call quality, productivity, and sales performance goals while maintaining professionalism and compliance with Company policies . Successful candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to adapt well to changing situations, a two-year college degree or equivalent, and have at least one year prior customer service experience in a call center including cross and up-selling. Candidates with prior experience in a call center are encouraged to apply.

Salary/Compensation: $23.35 - $31.06 per hour
