Registered Nurse (RN), Clinical Supervisor - Physician Practice - Pediatric Specialties

RN Clinical SupervisorThe RN Clinical Supervisor works in conjunction and collaborates with the Practice Manager to provide clinical and administrative managerial oversight and direction for clinical day-to-day operations of the Pediatric Specialty Clinics. The RN Clinical Supervisor models and develops patient-focused culture with an emphasis on patient safety and satisfaction. They also maintain a positive and collaborative relationship within the clinical environment by coaching, developing, and empowering staff. The RN Clinical Supervisor serves as a clinical expert within the scope of the practice and program guidelines.Essential Functions:Manages day-to-day supervision of the clinical delivery of servicesPlan, implement and administer programs and services, including personnel administration, training, and coordination of medical, nursing, and practice staffAppropriately trains new staff on clinical and administrative duties and trains current staff on procedures or equipment, as neededProvides input regarding associate performance evaluations, delivers performance feedback and coaching to clinical staff to assist with workflow improvement/efficiencyMust possess the ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems promptlyProvides oversight for scheduling and timekeepingOther duties as assignedEducation:Associate of Nursing, nursing (required) ORDiploma in Nursing (required)Bachelors of Science, nursing (preferred)Licensure/Certification:Must possess both of the following:Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensureBasic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (preferred)Experience:Two years of nursing experience within a healthcare setting, preferably within a physician practice (required)Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience (required)Skills & Abilities:Demonstrates leadership competencies and skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, and decision makingPossesses extensive knowledge of clinical practice or function and a thorough understanding of the organization and work environmentRange:Minimum: $30.99Maximum: $48.04Bon Secours is an equal opportunity employer.As a Bon Secours associate, you're part of a Mission that matters.
