What You'll Do:

• Perform vibration testing on production hardware following established procedures and work instructions.
• Execute functional tests, accurately document results, and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Initiate and monitor thermal testing activities to support manufacturing and production processes.
• Utilize computer systems to access work instructions, record test data, and track production status.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate test discrepancies, equipment issues, and operational concerns while supporting production schedules.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of manufacturing or test experience.

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production test environment.
• Basic understanding of vibration, functional, and thermal test processes.
• Adequate computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office applications.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions and standardized procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document test results.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Willingness to work second shift and support overtime as needed.
