• 24-hour on-call duty, with a minimum of 7 shifts required each month
• Shift coverage from 6 AM to 6 AM
• Work within a hospital environment
• Daily census for newborn inpatient care: 0 to 6 patients
• Admissions: 0 to 2 per day
• Required skills include intubation, IV starts, lumbar puncture, non-invasive ventilation, and umbilical venous catheterization
• Certification in NRP and PALS is mandatory
• Board certification is required

• Hourly pay ranges from $125.00 to $150.00
• Compensation estimates may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications
• Rates are all-inclusive, covering base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, on-call duty, and holiday work
