This position contributes to the success of Ralph Lauren Coffee by providing customer service to exceed customers' expectations. This job is vital to our company's success by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages & products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. All team members are expected to model and act in accordance with Ralph Lauren Corporation policies.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist server in preparing dining room for guests before service
• Maintain table cleanliness by clearing plates, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses
• Maintain communication with server for any special needs
• Set up, stock and maintain server stations
• Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the cafe before, during and after service
• All other duties assigned by FOH Manager
• Ability to multitask and remain calm during periods of high volume to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the team.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Must have 1+years Previous experience in a related position.
• General coffee knowledge 
• Must have NYC Food Handler’s Certification.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Available to work flexible hours including: Early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/ or holidays.
• Basic Math skills.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.

• Proficiency with various POS's is Preferred
