Pediatric Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Puzzle Pieces is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician to support children ages 12 and younger with a range of pediatric mental health and developmental needs. Our pediatric private practice provides respectful, family-centered support from a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including mental health, speech and language pathologists, and occupational therapists. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessment to understand the mental health needs of children and their families. Provide evidence-based individual, group and family therapy to support children reaching their goals. Work closely with parents, guardians, teachers and others involved to create a collaborative and supportive network for the child. Maintain accurate and up to date clinical records using the practice’s electronic health records. Actively participate in weekly team meetings and internal professional development that supports the practice in better understanding the families we work with. Engage in regular clinical supervision in a 1:1 or small group setting. Requirements A Doctoral or Master’s Degree in a mental health field, from an accredited graduate program, and a license for independent practice in Massachusetts (Licensed Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, LMHC). Passion for working with children and families, experience with neurodiverse children preferred but not required. Willingness to be a true team player with our interdisciplinary team and exhibit strong communication skills.
