Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records. Assist in mobility and rehabilitation exercises as directed. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times. Requirements: Current Illinois Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) license. High school diploma or equivalent; additional healthcare training preferred. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred. Ability to lift and move patients safely and effectively.
