Job Responsibilities

• Craft Personalized Therapy Plans: Assess patient requirements and design individualized strategies to help them achieve their unique goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Solutions: Apply best practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work hand-in-hand with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as physicians and nursing professionals to provide comprehensive, holistic care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones in therapy techniques to ensure continued improvement at home.
• Document Progress: Monitor patient development and modify treatment approaches as needed to keep them on the path to success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Opportunities for continuing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and supported.

Licensure/Certifications

• Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT certification required.
