Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked with New York Life in financial planning and spent two years as a team member in a State Farm office, gaining valuable experience before opening my own agency. I attended Bowling Green and have been part of the local community for over 11 years. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and spending time with dogs. We stay involved in the community through charity golf events, including hosting “Putts for Paws” each year in support of Completing the Mission. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
