Infrastructure Investments | Senior Associate or Vice President | New York A leading Infrastructure Fund is looking to add an experienced Associate or Vice President to help lead deal sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio management for its Infrastructure Investment platform. The VP will play a central role in shaping investment strategy and managing junior team members. Key Responsibilities: Drive end‑to‑end deal processes, from sourcing through execution Lead due diligence, financial analysis, and investment structuring Oversee creation of investment committee memoranda and present recommendations Build and maintain relationships across the digital infrastructure ecosystem Manage and mentor Associates and Senior Associates Support portfolio company oversight, board engagement, and strategic value creation Help refine investment themes and long‑term platform strategy Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in private equity, private credit, investment banking, from Tier 1 Institutions Proven track record of investing into the Infrastructure space and Portfolio Management Strong leadership skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders Deep understanding of Infrastructure (traditional or digital) verticals Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Capability to work autonomously or part of team Please apply if you are interested in developing your career at an growing and established Infrastructure Fund! #J-18808-Ljbffr Metis Search
