Role Description Contract-based 100% commission 1099 hybrid role for an Aesthetic Medical Device Sales professional located in the Omaha Metropolitan Area, with partial flexibility for remote work. The role involves managing the entire sales process, building relationships with new and existing clients, and meeting sales targets. The individual will educate clients on product offerings, provide exceptional support, and work collaboratively with the marketing and client-success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. The role may also include participating in local industry events to further expand company partnerships and visibility. Responsibilities Managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing. Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. Meeting sales targets and commission goals. Educating clients on product offerings and providing support. Collaborating with marketing and client success teams. Participating in local industry events to expand partnerships. Traveling within the Omaha Metropolitan Area as required. Qualifications Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of the aesthetic or medical device industry and healthcare technology. Strong communication, presentation, and client education skills. Organizational abilities and proficiency in CRM tools and software. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and adaptable to a hybrid work environment.
