HVAC Service Technician (Residential & Light Commercial)
Location: New Rochelle, NY (serving Westchester County and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Compensation: Up to $60/hour ($120,000/year)

About the Opportunity

A well-established and growing HVAC services company is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join its high-performing team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and energy-efficient solutions for residential and light commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions.
Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment performance and lifespan.
Install, service, repair, and replace HVAC systems in residential and light commercial environments.
Evaluate system performance and recommend energy-efficiency improvements.
Conduct safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum of 7 years of HVAC service, repair, and replacement experience required.
Valid and clean New York State driver's license required.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Customer-focused mindset with professional communication skills.
