Manageable workflow with predictable structure Office hours 8 AM-2 PM, then hospital rounds and reads.18 patients/day 4-6 inpatient census on average.Call is 1:3, mostly phone-based on weekdays.Weekends are busier, but APPs cover weekday consults.
