Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

Job Summary
Support daily warehouse operations by safely moving, storing, and shipping products. This role involves operating forklifts and warehouse equipment, loading and unloading trucks, picking orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Stage pallets and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and orders.
• Report damaged products, shortages, or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

• 1+ year of warehouse or forklift experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cold storage warehouse experience.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain one).
• Experience with RF scanners and inventory control.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
