Trauma-Informed Intake Counselor (PRN)

Via Linda Behavioral Hospital is seeking an Intake Therapist - PRN/Per Diem in Scottsdale to support the intake team. You will perform trauma‑informed telephone and in‑person assessments to help physicians determine the appropriate level of care for potential patients. Under the direction of the Director of Intake, you will initiate contact with referral sources, coordinate the intake and admission processes, and collaborate with families, patients and hospital staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr Universal Hospital Services Inc.
