Line CookWe are looking for a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our team and bring consistency, flavor, and precision to every plate. If you take pride in crafting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.What You'll Do:As a Line Cook, you'll play a crucial role in the kitchen, ensuring every dish meets our high standards. From prep to plating, you'll be responsible for executing our menu with consistency, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and working efficiently under pressure.Key Responsibilities:Station Readiness: Handle, store, and rotate food properly to ensure freshness and safety.Consistent Execution: Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating specifications set by Home Team.Clean & Organized Workstation: Maintain a sanitary and efficient workspace throughout prep and service.Backup & Prep Duties: AM Backup: Set up the steam table with proper water levels, heat food to correct temperatures, and ensure everything is ready for service.PM Backup: Maintain par levels by keeping the steam table stocked, heated, and service-ready.AM/PM Prep: Follow prep lists from the Executive Chef or Sous Chef, ensuring all ingredients are properly prepared and stored.AM/PM Line Cook: Cook and assemble menu items from the station, ensuring quality and consistency.What It Takes to Succeed:Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in food preparation.Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and follow through on assignments.Clear thinking and problem-solving skills under pressure.Ability to meet tight production schedules while maintaining professionalism.Comfort working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with exposure to heat and stress.Ability to follow and adjust recipes as needed to meet demand.Physical Requirements:Stand for the entire shiftFrequently reach, bend, and stoop frequentlyLift and carry up to 40 lbs multiple times per shift over medium distancesCommunicate effectively with team membersJoin Our Home Team!If you thrive in a high-energy kitchen, take pride in creating quality dishes, and are ready to be part of a dedicated team, we'd love to hear from you.Note: This job description does not represent a contract for employment.
