Histology Technician- Lab- FT- Shift Varies

Overview The Histology technician performs high volume, repetitive tests in an anatomic pathology laboratory using standard procedures, identifies causes of technical and instrumental problems. Qualifications Education: HS/GED Required License, Certification or Registration: Certification as HT (ASCP) preferred within 3 months of hire Experience: Other Lab Certifications considered with Pathology experience Additional Skills/Abilities: Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly.
