Milton Martin Toyota is hiring a Part-Time Service Shop Porter to join our award-winning automotive dealership in Gainesville, GA. If you take pride in keeping work areas clean, organized, and operating efficiently, we'd love to meet you.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in general labor, janitorial services, warehouse operations, facility maintenance, automotive support roles, landscaping, custodial work, or dealership operations. No automotive experience is required.

As a Service Shop Porter, you will play a vital role in supporting our Service Department by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment for technicians and staff. Your efforts help improve productivity, workplace safety, and the overall customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the service shop, technician work areas, and support spaces
• Assist with the disposal and organization of used oil, filters, tires, batteries, and other shop materials
• Clean shop floors, service bays, vehicle lifts, equipment, tire pit areas, and tool storage rooms
• Operate and maintain shop cleaning equipment and supplies
• Keep employee breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas clean and stocked as assigned
• Complete routine daily, weekly, and monthly facility maintenance and housekeeping tasks
• Support technicians and service personnel by helping maintain an efficient work environment
• Follow dealership safety procedures and maintain compliance with environmental standards
• Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, or equipment problems to management
• Assist with additional service department support tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial services, facility maintenance, warehouse work, general labor, automotive support, or custodial services is preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and walking throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required
