You Are A senior Oracle Utilities reporting strategist who translates operational, financial, and regulatory reporting needs into Oracle Utilities data models and reporting architectures. You design scalable frameworks, collaborate with stakeholders, and turn data into actionable decisions. The Work Define and lead onshore reporting strategy for a large‑scale Oracle Utilities IT transition, establishing architecture, tooling standards, delivery approach, and governance. Translate business, operational, and regulatory reporting requirements into Oracle Utilities reporting designs using Power BI, OBIEE, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Lead the design and delivery of priority reporting deliverables, ensuring alignment with program milestones and client needs. Collaborate with functional leads, data architects, and integration teams to ground reporting designs in accurate data models. Manage onshore and offshore reporting teams, setting priorities, quality standards, and review cadences. Engage client stakeholders and IT leadership to validate requirements, review designs, and present deliverables. Define report design standards, templates, and documentation conventions for consistency across the library. Support program leadership with KPI dashboards and operational reporting to track health and progress. Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business needs. Here’s What You Need Minimum 10 years in Oracle Utilities reporting, BI, or analytics, with at least 5 years leading reporting strategy or architecture on enterprise programs. Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Power BI, OBIEE, or OAC in an Oracle Utilities context. Minimum 3 years in a senior lead or manager role responsible for reporting delivery on an Oracle Utilities implementation or transformation program. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate’s, minimum 6 years of work experience. Bonus Points If Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) or OBIEE certification. Experience with Oracle Utilities data warehouse or analytics accelerator products. Familiarity with utility industry regulatory reporting requirements (FERC, state PUC, etc.). Prior experience building reporting capability from the ground up on a large Oracle Utilities transformation program. Minimum 2 years translating regulatory or operational reporting requirements into Oracle Utilities data models and BI report designs.
