Job Overview: Wonders of Wildlife located in Springfield, MO is looking for a friendly seasonal PHOTO SALES ASSOCIATE to join our team! This person will capture fun interactive photos of our guests, while providing a positive guest experience of the Aquarium and Museum. This is a summer seasonal position that will end around August 17th.

Essential Functions:

• Learning and adapting to photography styles, with a motivation to excel in sales performance.
• Demonstrating ability to meet sales targets in a busy environment.
• Exercising initiative and problem solving skills.
• Professional communication skills.
• A fearless approach and positive attitude to capturing memories and creating exceptional experiences for our guests.
• Performing all tasks as required, which could include photo editing and adjustments in Phoenix, greeting and taking photos of guests.
• Organizing and maintaining facilities, to include, but not limited to lab, sales area, storage area, and production areas.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
• Willing to cover shifts at affiliate Conservation Attraction properties.
• Must adhere to all company/department safety standards and policies.
• Must be open to working mandatory/approved overtime.
• Must be open to working weekends/weekdays/nights when necessary/critical to support the business.
• Must be able to cover shifts at affiliate Conservation Attraction properties.
• Must have an approved driving record and operate a company vehicle if required/applicable.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education:

• Customer Service experience preferred but not required.
• Mathematical skills and the ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately.
• Basic computer skills – Using basic computer hardware and creative software.
• Requires walking/standing; lifting, stooping, forward bending, crouching and sitting.
• Any combination of experience, education, skills, certification(s) etc, will be taken into consideration.
• Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to sunlight, various animals, weather, loud sounds, low lighting, close quarters, high/low temperatures, etc.
