As a Business Analyst Senior within PNC's Data, Modeling & Analytics Data, Solutions & Delivery organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Columbus, OH, Wilmington, DE or Tysons Corner, VA.

Role Overview: The Demand Management Analyst II supports intake governance, portfolio planning, capacity management, prioritization, and delivery coordination across multiple technology and business initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between requestors, product owners, delivery teams, and leadership to ensure work is properly evaluated, prioritized, funded, staffed, and tracked through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate intake and assessment of new work requests.
• Support prioritization and portfolio governance processes.
• Update JIRA, Confluence, and BI reports
• Facilitate Quarterly PI Planning sessions
• Maintain capacity plans, resource forecasts, and staffing projections.
• Track portfolio health, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
• Support financial planning, investment reviews, and funding requests.
• Prepare executive reporting and governance materials.
• Coordinate communication across business and technology stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.

Preferred skills & experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting portfolio, demand, delivery, or project management functions.
• Power BI- Intermediate/ Advanced
• Power Query- Intermediate/ Advanced
• Excel- Intermediate
• Jira- Beginner/ Intermediate
• Clarizen- Beginner
• Experience with Agile delivery organizations preferred.
