Systems Operations Engineer

Supporting the reliability and performance of core systems, the full-time Systems Operations Engineer will assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of server and cloud infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Assisting in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of server, storage, and cloud infrastructure Monitoring system performance and escalating issues to ensure availability and adherence to SLAs Supporting automation efforts and participating in troubleshooting activities under guidance from senior engineers Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in systems administration, operations, or a related technical role Working knowledge of Linux and/or Windows server administration Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience is preferred Experience with scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Bash) at a beginner to intermediate level
