Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' pain conditions to determine the most effective treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based guidelines in pain management.
• Perform a variety of procedures, including injections, minimally invasive techniques, spinal cord stimulators, nerve blocks, and medication management, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the process.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons and rehabilitation specialists, to provide holistic care while maintaining clear communication regarding patient progress.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring accurate and up-to-date electronic health records that reflect patient treatment plans and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide care primarily to adult and senior patients, addressing a spectrum of chronic pain conditions. Your approach will recognize the unique ways in which different patients experience pain, requiring a compassionate and adaptable attitude. Through personalized care plans, you will significantly contribute to restoring functionality and improving the quality of life for your patients.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program with a Master's Degree.
• Certification from a national certifying body such as ANCC or AANP.
• Full prescriptive authority upon employment and eligibility for DEA registration within the state of Nevada.
• A strong understanding of pain management principles and the ability to devise effective treatment solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and a diverse healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in pain management or related clinical settings is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in performing pain management procedures, including nerve blocks and injections, is preferred.
• A background in utilizing advanced pain management technologies and approaches will be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
