Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards. Promote company programs (customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.). Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality of all company information. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel safe, treated with respect, and welcomed. Take an all‑hands‑on‑deck approach to support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 15‑35 lbs occasionally (up to 5 times per hour). Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking. Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously). Targeted Pay Range: $12.50‑$19.50 per hour.
