Registered Nurse – House SupervisorRedwood Falls, MNContract | Rotating Days & Nights (3×12-Hour Shifts) | 7:00–19:30 / 19:00–7:30 | Every 3rd Weekend & Holiday RotationKey ResponsibilitiesServe as House Supervisor RN, providing oversight and coordination of facility-wide nursing operations across assigned shiftsProvide coverage and clinical support in the Emergency Room and Med/Surg units as neededFunction as baby nurse for deliveries, requiring NRP competencyParticipate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage as required by the facilityComplete required lab work within 48 hours of signing contract and fulfill all facility onboarding compliance requirementsRequired QualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota, or proof of Minnesota license application at time of submissionOB experience requiredTNCC or CALS certification requiredACLS certification requiredNRP certification required (may be pending at submission and obtained during compliance)Must complete Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting in person within 48 hours of signing contract — no exceptions; travelers are responsible for all associated travel expensesMust reside at least 25 miles from the facility to be eligible; local travelers are not acceptedFormer permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 9 months prior to returning as a travelerPreferred Experience / SkillsExperience in a House Supervisor or charge nurse role in an acute care or critical access hospital settingBroad clinical background spanning Emergency, Med/Surg, and OB/Labor & DeliveryWhy Join UsOpportunity to take on a leadership role with diverse clinical exposure across multiple service linesExpected schedule of 3×12-hour shifts per week with rotating day and night availability
