About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on-site in Eden Prairie, MN. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering cross-functional projects on time and within scope, working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep initiatives moving forward efficiently. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for multiple concurrent initiatives, from planning through execution and close-out Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, operations, marketing, R&D, etc.) to ensure alignment of priorities and deliverables Identify risks and roadblocks early, and proactively develop mitigation plans Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership Manage vendor and partner relationships to support project execution Maintain project documentation, reporting, and process standards Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management processes and workflows Required Qualifications 3–4 years of professional Project Management experience Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with project management tools and software Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Preferred Qualifications Experience within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry Familiarity with Syndigo and 1WorldSync (1WS) platforms PMP certification or equivalent project management training What We Offer Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Collaborative, on-site team environment in Eden Prairie, MN This is a full-time, on-site position based in Eden Prairie, MN. #J-18808-Ljbffr Famous Products
