Concierge PositionThe Concierge establishes a warm, secure, and friendly atmosphere in the community and provides exceptional customer service to our high-end residents and their guests. This position will report to the Hospitality Director and be responsible for creating a welcoming and comfortable environment while ensuring the highest level of security and privacy.Location: 8160 W Coal Mine Ave, Littleton, CO 80123Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | 8 AM to 8 PMCompensation: $18-$20/hourWhat will I do every day?Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the communityAssist residents with requests as neededAnswer incoming callsMaintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance areaRespond to emergencies and supply emergency personnelWhat will I need to be successful in this role?Bring a smile to work every dayHave excellent customer service skills6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experienceHigh school diploma or GED preferredSenior Living experience a plusHotel experience a plusBasic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applicationsAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as neededWhat's in it for me?
