This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values accuracy, and wants to build a career in community banking. As a Teller, you will be one of the first people our customers meet. You'll process a variety of banking transactions, provide outstanding customer service, and help build lasting relationships while learning the banking industry from experienced professionals. What You'll Do Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to every customer. Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other teller transactions accurately. Balance your cash drawer and follow established cash handling procedures. Assist with a variety of branch operational duties. Identify customer needs and refer banking products and services to the appropriate team members. Maintain confidentiality and comply with all bank policies and regulatory requirements. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience; banking experience is a plus. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
