Collaborative Therapies is seeking an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) Supervisor to support our therapy team in the St. Cloud/Osceola County area .

This position is ideal for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys combining clinical expertise with mentorship and collaboration. The OT Supervisor will provide clinical guidance and supervision to therapy staff while helping ensure that services are delivered consistently, professionally, and in accordance with applicable standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to occupational therapy staff.
• Support clinicians with treatment planning, clinical questions, and implementation of appropriate therapeutic interventions.
• Review clinical documentation and provide feedback to support accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Assist with evaluations, reassessments, and development of individualized plans of care as needed.
• Monitor quality and continuity of occupational therapy services.
• Collaborate with therapy staff, families, caregivers, educators, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Promote effective communication between clinicians and leadership.
• Support therapists and assistants in meeting professional, organizational, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain appropriate supervisory and clinical documentation.
• Help foster a supportive, collaborative environment focused on providing high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current and active Florida Occupational Therapist license.
• Relevant clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Previous supervisory, leadership, or mentorship experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively mentor and collaborate with therapy professionals.
