As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and configuring our robotic systems at customer sites. Preferred: Must be comfortable with cannabis (preferred you enjoy it and have experienced it) as we manufacture robotic innovations for the legal cannabis market in the US and Canada. Responsibilities Traveling to customer sites to install and configure robotic systems Performing system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality Providing training and technical support to customers on the operation and maintenance of the robotic systems Collaborating with the engineering and support teams to resolve any technical issues encountered during installations Documenting installation procedures and creating installation reports Assisting with the development of standard operating procedures for installation and maintenance activities Traveling up to 100% of the time, both domestically and internationally Working independently with minimal supervision Managing project timelines and ensuring timely completion of installations If you have a strong technical background and enjoy working hands-on with cutting-edge robotic technology, we would love to hear from you! You can view our website at Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree or equivalent experience in engineering, computer science, or a related field Prior experience in installation and maintenance of complex technical systems Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and customer service skills Flexibility to travel extensively, including overnight stays Work Location: US and Canada, based in US Work Hours: Varies Applicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have proof of COVID-19 vaccination records.
