Youth Wellness Advocate — In-Home & Community Support

Compass Health, Inc.

Compass Health, Inc. is seeking a Community Support Specialist – Youth in Nevada to deliver in‑home and community‑based services to youth and families. You will develop and implement wellness plans, support engagement with schools and healthcare providers, and advocate for clients to access community resources. This full‑time position requires a high school diploma (GED) and may prefer an Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a human services field; ability to travel in the community and flexible #J-18808-Ljbffr Compass Health, Inc.
