The Experience In an ever-changing retail environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Customer Development team at Colgate. Our internship is designed for students passionate about pursuing a career in sales with a global consumer goods company. Our sales teams are highly collaborative with a focus on cultivating strong customer relationships and using analytics, insights, innovative thinking to win with our Customers and deliver growth.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or co-op experience in sales, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or retail analytics.
• Proven adaptability in fast-paced environments with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with category management principles, e-commerce metrics, or financial acumen.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with an anticipated graduation of Spring 2028.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze datasets and translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis and must not require the Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $22.00 - $26.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
