We are seeking an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist in Sharon Hill, PA. This role is hybrid, with at least one working day in the Sharon Hill office. Earn $35/hr. unlicensed or $37/hr. licensed! Hours of the clinic are: 8 AM to 9 PM Mon-Thurs 8AM to 5 PM Fri 8 AM to 4 PM Sat Position Details The therapist is a primary member of a treatment team in the clinic's behavioral health program for Merakey. Essential responsibilities include delivering therapy services and coordinating care under the leadership of the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor. The therapist provides active engagement of clients, promotes retention, and provides therapy to individuals who suffer from mild to severe forms of mental illness. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Master's degree in a human service-related field, including social work, clinical counseling, and/or psychology, is required A 1-year clinical internship is required. Willingness and ability to work with children/adolescents is required. Candidate needs to have 20+ hours of availability to work with adults, children, and adolescents. Availability needs to include daytime, evenings, and possibly weekends to work with the children population, billing 15-20 clients weekly, with a productivity of 80% monthly.
