Qualify Prospects Engage prospects in conversation, gather required contact and quote information, and accurately complete quote sheets for licensed team members. Follow Up Consistently Conduct timely phone and text follow-up with leads, previous prospects, and marketing opportunities to keep the agency’s sales pipeline active. Maintain Accurate Records Document prospect information, conversations, follow-up activity, and outcomes accurately in agency systems. Support Agency Growth Meet daily activity and qualified-opportunity goals while continuously creating new opportunities for the agency’s licensed sales team. QUALIFICATIONS Confident Communicator Comfortable initiating conversations with people over the phone and communicating in a friendly, professional, and persuasive manner. Driven & Resilient Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to remain positive and persistent in a high-volume outbound calling environment. Professionalism Maintains a professional demeanor, demonstrates good judgment and integrity, and represents the agency appropriately in all customer interactions. Organized & Accountable Able to accurately gather information, manage follow-up activity, stay organized, and consistently meet daily expectations. Coachable Open to feedback, willing to practice and improve communication skills, and motivated to develop professionally. Experience Previous telemarketing, call center, customer service, or sales experience is preferred but not required.
