This position will require experience in multiple aspects of the design of 1-3GHz multi-mode, multi-band RF front end modules including circuit design, simulation, layout, validation, data analysis and reporting. Direct experience with Tx or Rx design and 4G/5G mobile standards/specifications is a plus.

Collaborates with system engineers to architect/define/specify solutions. Responsible for design and simulation per defined product functionalities and specifications. Characterize, verify and debug the design through lab measurements. Understands and reinforces design review, best practice, and other product line design processes. Delivers design release notes, documentation for product characterization.

Good knowledge of low noise, low power, high linearity design. Experience in using HFSS/ADS FEM 3D sim tools, ADS for simulation and layout. Proficiency in the use of test equipment such as Noise Figure Meter, VNA, Spectrum analyzer etc in execution of Gain/NF/IIP3/Isolation measurement and troubleshooting. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter and team player BSEE or equivalent, MSEE preferred At least eight (8) years of relevant experience.
