The registered nurse will provide care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of cardiac rhythms and telemetry procedures. The role includes administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Applicants should be proficient in using telemetry equipment and interpreting data. Expectations also include maintaining patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will participate in ongoing education and skill assessments relevant to the specialty. A willingness to work as part of a dynamic team is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Additional responsibilities may include patient education and continuous evaluation of care plans.
