Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines across the care team
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
• Document patient care accurately within the facility's electronic medical record (EMR) system

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Epic and Cerner experience within the last 5 years (each work history entry must list the charting system used; if multiple EMR systems are listed for one position, dates must be provided to clarify when each system was used)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Must have successfully completed a prior contract or worked as an employee of an organization — verifiable work history required
• No time-off requests (RTO); start date is firm

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
