Proposal Specialist

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field* 2–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in professional services, A/E/C, or consulting environments* Experience working with FDOT preferred* Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent editing and proofreading abilities* Experience supporting proposals or client-facing marketing materials is highly desirable* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus* Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within multi‐disciplinary teams* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality #J-18808-Ljbffr Hanson Professional Services Inc.
