We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Dealer Services Analyst. Job Summary We are seeking a Dealer Services Analyst to receive, underwrite and process loan applications from car dealers of the Indirect Program and make the determination to approve or deny indirect loans within authorized limits. Key Responsibilities Analyzes a loan applicant's credit worthiness by reviewing credit bureau reports and credit scores. Underwrites and makes determination to approve or deny indirect loans within authorized limits. Ensures documents are complete and accurate according to policies and compliance regulations. Enters application data into the lending software and core systems. Responsible for dealer relationship building through dealer visits and phone calls. Assists with reporting, task management, dealer engagement promotions, and other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of similar or related experience in the lending environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft products including Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of lending software and data processing systems. Knowledge of legislation, regulation, policies and procedures pertaining to lending practices. Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Typically rotates every other Saturday and allows for a day off during the week.
