Merchandise Manager

Paws in the City

Paws in the City is looking for a Merchandise Manager! This role is responsible for building and managing the online merchandise store, including product strategy, availability, and overall performance using WooCommerce and Printify.

Commitment:

Approximately 3–6 hours per month, with flexibility based on product launches and campaign cycles.

Responsibilities:

Build, manage, and maintain the online store using WooCommerce and Printify
Develop merchandise strategy, including what products to offer and when to release them
Coordinate with team members on branding, campaigns, and seasonal promotions
Monitor store performance, inventory levels, and customer engagement
Optimize product listings, descriptions, and pricing to support fundraising goals
Identify new merchandise opportunities that align with the PAWS mission and audience
