Responsibilities Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing assignments, patient assessments, and care planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each patient's needs. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Your Role as an RN Supervisor: Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
