Production Maintenance Manager The key responsibilities of the Production Maintenance Manager are: Lead and manage all plant maintenance functions, including preventive, and corrective maintenance programs. Oversee and develop a team of maintenance technicians, planners, and reliability engineers. Partner cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to support site performance goals Implement and maintain CMMS systems, ensuring accurate planning, scheduling, and asset tracking Develop and execute maintenance strategies aligned with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM) Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards in a highly regulated manufacturing environment Monitor maintenance KPIs and report on performance, costs, and improvement initiatives The successful Production Maintenance Manager will have: Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership position Strong background in high-speed manufacturing, packaging, or consumer products environments. Proven experience with TPM and continuous improvement tools Hands-on knowledge of CMMS, predictive maintenance technologies, and root cause analysis. Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and large workforces.
