Isthmus Dental is currently hiring a highly motivated part-time Dental Hygienist who is passionate about providing excellent oral healthcare! Full-time hours may be available for candidates interested in working at additional Mercy Dental Group locations.

Salary:

Hourly rate starting at $45/hour + commission, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.

Compensation may follow a “whichever is greater” model - you’ll earn either your base hourly pay or a production-based commission, whichever is higher!

Example earning potential:

Associates meeting performance benchmarks typically earn $50.00 - $75.00/hour and anywhere in between!

Office Hours:

• Monday: 8:00AM - 06:30PM
• Tuesday: 8:00AM - 05:00PM
• Wednesday: 8:00AM - 05:00PM
• Thursday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
• Friday: 7:30AM - 1:30PM

Experience & Qualifications:

• You must currently hold or be in the process of acquiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Wisconsin.
• Dental Hygienist: 1 year preferred, but not required!
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!!!
