Monthly Support Sessions Just for RBTs

• Talk for Techs : A monthly drop in session hosted by our BCBA and RBT Program Director, Ellie Zbojniewicz, and our Director of RBT Mentorship and Development, Shelley Murawsky, open to all RBTs. It’s a casual but meaningful space to talk through clinical questions, share strategies, and get fresh insights from Ellie, Shelley, and your peers.
• Compliance Corner : A monthly drop in session led by our VP of Compliance, Elisa Mathewson. Open to all clinical employees, this space allows you to ask compliance questions, stay informed, and learn alongside your peers in a supportive environment.
• Clinical Get Togethers and Luncheons : Regular opportunities to collaborate, connect, and build relationships with your peers.

Continuing Education and Conferences

Access to trainings, CEUs where applicable, and ABA conferences so you can keep learning and growing.
