Leasing Specialist - Part-Time

Leasing Specialist CLASSIFICATION: Part-time, Non-Exempt COMPENSATION: Hourly $17 per hour, part-time, with the ability to earn performance bonuses POSITION SUMMARY: The Leasing Specialist assists with day-to-day leasing and administrative operations for the community. Leasing Specialists assist Community and Leasing Managers with reaching all KPI goals. Hours: 5-PM to 11-PM. Key Duties & Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service at the front desk, assisting current residents and helping with leasing activities as needed. Handle package intake, answer resident questions, and maintain a secure lobby environment. Support the leasing team during tours and application processing. Interact with residents and prospects with strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude. Experience & Qualifications 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience Strong communication skills Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations Enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service Warm, friendly demeanor Basic computer skills: typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc. High School Diploma or equivalent We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
