Employment: Full-time or part-time; weekday and weekend schedules available Work setting: Client homes and community activities Work that supports independence Provide nonmedical support to adults as they build independence at home and in the community. Bring calm, dependable assistance to daily routines while respecting each person's choices, privacy, and dignity. What you will do
• Help clients with daily routines, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and an organized living environment.
• Provide practical support that encourages safety and independence.
• Help clients manage medical appointments.
• Encourage exercise, social activities, and participation in community life.
• Build respectful, supportive relationships with the people you assist. Schedule options This posting covers 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Full-time, part-time, weekday, and weekend schedules are advertised for this position. Indicate which shifts you prefer when applying.
What you need
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• A personal or professional reference. Helpful, but not required Two to three years of disability-care experience is preferred. Compassion, reliability, and an understanding approach are valued. Working with ABI Resources
