Management & Reimbursement Analyst (Business Analysis, Associate) Position Location Washington, DC The MIL Corporation is seeking a Management & Reimbursement Analyst (Business Analysis, Associate) to support a federal government client in the Washington, DC area. This hybrid role combines advanced reimbursement management with interagency agreement analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination. This position currently requires an on‑site schedule. Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements. Responsibilities Conduct reimbursement analysis and manage reimbursement processes, documentation, and reconciliations. Allocate funds to appropriate accounts and respond to inquiries on pending transactions. Monitor reimbursement ceilings, track outstanding invoices, and ensure proper handling of classified transactions. Draft, submit, track, and monitor Interagency Agreements (IAAs). Prepare summaries and communications for leadership on IAA status and implementation. Schedule and facilitate negotiation meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Improve processes for developing IAAs and invoices and resolve stakeholder questions. Develop and support survey tools, provide training to overseas posts, and guide use of overseas accounting systems. Partner with the Cost of Service Model (CoSM) team to validate data and assist with reimbursement rate development. Create reporting tools to track IAA implementation and perform additional duties as assigned. Travel None Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in federal reimbursements, interagency agreements, or related financial management functions. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with federal financial management systems and supporting processes. Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience working with databases and financial processes. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Desired Qualifications Experience with G‑Invoicing. Experience with MS Power Apps or similar tools. Experience drafting or managing Interagency Agreements. Experience supporting process improvement or stakeholder coordination. Education BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Public Administration, or a related field. Clearance Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance and be able to upgrade to a Top Secret (TS) clearance as required. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL’s complete compensation package.
